IRR Delay and Exemption Appeal Notes: 27 October ’09

Several decisions came back favorably this week. In each of these recent cases the Soldiers had submitted an initial request on their own, and were denied. They then contacted our office and we handled the appeal through to a successful conclusion. The Soldiers’ appeals were granted, their orders will be revoked and they will be discharged honorably. We’re extremely grateful for these continued favorable results.

Keep in mind that your best course of action is to engage us as early in the process as you can. But if you have submitted an initial request yourself and have been denied, call me immediately so we can craft a thorough and complete appeal covering all relevant issues.

Please check back here for news of more results as they’re received.
